Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post in plain, unmarked packaging. We never include logos, brand names, or any identifying information on the exterior of packages. Your privacy is our priority.

Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $15. 

Standard shipping: 2-4 business days. Express shipping: 1-2 business days. Remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days. All orders include Canada Post tracking numbers sent via email.

Orders are processed within 6-12hours once e-transfer is sent. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
